Oregon Marijuana Recriminalization Measure Qualifies for 1998 Ballot

The referendum to repeal Oregon House Bill 3643, the law recriminalizing marijuana, gathered 66,947 valid signatures and will appear on the November 3, 1998 general-election ballot as Measure 57.
