Oklahoma Police Chief Charged

The police chief in Snyder, Oklahoma has been charged with providing alcohol to minors (USA Today, Dec. 12, 1994, p. 7A). Mayor Shirley Anderson said Chief Larry Roe has been reassigned to a water department maintenance job for medical reasons not connected to the case against him.
