Anti-Drug Activist Arrested for Drug Sale

A San Jose, California elementary school principal known for his outspoken activity in fighting drugs was arrested in the school parking lot for selling methamphetamine to a police informant, police said. The suspect, 46-year-old Ricardo Trevino, is principal of Mayfair Elementary School (AP, "Principal Arrested as Drug Suspect," Star Tribune (Minneapolis), 12/4/92, 17A).
